RC Machines wants to give the best, fast ans secure service for the customer, so creates COMMITMENT OF QUICKLY for items under request. RC Machines commits to:

• Inform to customer about the time of item arrival, with info direct from supplier.
• Make the order to the supplier inmediatly, without waitings.
• Streamline as far as possible delivery to the customer, maintain fluid communication and direct information.
• If the provider does not have the material, RC Machines will notify the client and proceed as he chooses: article refund or wait until its replacement.
• RC Machines is against the use of vouchers, the amount that is subject to refund, shall be made immediately.
• Only the Customer will have the option to cancel the COMMITMENT OF QUICKLY, for possible exceptional cases.

COMMITMENT OF QUICKLY will apply since the customer makes the payment. In case of bank transfer, until paid amount will be in RC Machines bank account.
